HUDL kick off for seniors, college recruiting information, and more...

Posted by Emmaus High School Track and Field Team on Aug 08 2019 at 04:09AM PDT

We are thrilled to announce that EPSD has approved the EHS track team to use the HUDL app, which is of great benefit to our team. HUDL is a tool used to evaluate/analyze performances with video. Each athlete will have a HUDL account that can be used for just individual development and/or college recruiting.

We are going to kick off a trial use of HUDL next THURSDAY August 15 at 5:30 pm at the EHS track stadium for any previous track athlete entering this year as a SENIOR who would like to set up an account with some video performances. If you are interested, please contact Coach Kami through Remind text. We will offer trial video of jumps (LJ and TJ), hurdles, throws, sprints, and distance.

Also, if you are in any grade looking to continue track in college, it is recommended to set up a NCSA account (Next College Student Athlete). There are many recruiting sites available, and I have received feedback from coaches and athletes on the pros and cons of a few. This site is free and you can choose to upgrade if you like. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Kami.

Athletes not participating in a fall sport who are interested in a fall season training/weight lifting plan can contact Coach Kami for the EHS track program. We will kick off winter track on Monday December 2. Calendar will be updated by the first day of school.

Enjoy the last few weeks of summer and GOOD LUCK to our graduating Seniors! We will be following your successes….
