Practice times for Winter Track for December, report to EHS TRACK STADIUM:

Monday-Wednesday-Friday – beginning Wed. Dec 2 through Fri. Feb 26 (except Holiday break 12/24 – 1/4)

2:30 – 3:45 – Sprints/Jumps/Pole Vault/Throwers
3:15 – 4:30 – Distance/Hurdlers

I will be sending out a google form to those who attend one of the meetings next week to sign up for practices. Students will be placed into pods within their primary event group. We will all be training together, but in separate locations around the track/throwing area/turf area. Most practices will only last 1 hour. We are training for the “Jingle Bell intersquad competition (I found the bells!!!),” scheduled for Monday Dec 21.
