Time change for in-person practices
Due to our large numbers, we will start with 1-hour practices with no overlap on the track. Report to the gate on North
Street side of the EHS Track Stadium. Please see the attached screening questions, which will be asked
upon arrival. It’s best if you bring a bag with whatever belongings you have, and keep your water bottle in
your bag.
First group: 2:30 pm – 3:30ish pm -Arrive no earlier than 2:20 pm (track won’t be open).
Warm up – 2:30 -2:45 pm
Workout – 2:45 – 3:25 pm
Warm down – move up to throwing fields to stretch
Second group: 3:30 pm – 4:30ish pm -Arrive between 3:20 -3:25 pm
Warm up – 3:30 – 3:45 pm
Workout – 3:45 – 4:25 pm
Warm down
Training plans will be issued the following week, beginning 12/7/20, once we get everyone in the correct group.
