We will talk with each event group on Monday, Jan 4, during virtual zoom practice regarding your specific event group plan and looking ahead. Phase 1 is important to learn the crucial workouts and strength work, so when we re-visit in Phase 2 and 3, you see the progress/improvements. Trust the process.
