Easton meet tomorrow @ Easton, with school dismissal at 1:30 pm, bus leaves at 1:45 pm. Allentown Central Catholic team will also be there, but competing against Easton only. After all of the cold days we’ve endured, tomorrow is the day to enjoy the warm temps while competing against an incredible team! Today should be a day of rest, hydration, good nutrition, and catch up on homework for the final quarter.

Saturday practice at 10am for: sprints, distance, hurdlers, and pole vault!

Tomorrow is our 2nd dual meet against Whitehall, at Whitehall HS track! We consider it a treat to compete at this facility, as it is where the EPC League and District meet will be held. As always, remember you are representing Emmaus High School, so hold high character as we travel with a large team.

School dismissal time: 1:45 pm
Bus leave time: 2:00 pm

All athletes must stay at the meet to support their team til the end of the meet, which should be around 6:00 pm. Athletes may be transported home by a parent or guardian by signing the EPSD transportation form that will be available at the conclusion of the meet.

DRESS WARM in many layers, as it will be cooler than the past few days!

“Competition reveals the greatness that’s already within you.”

Saturday practice will be held tomorrow 3/30/19 for the following event groups at 10:00 am:

Pole Vault

NO distance or throws practice

The coaching staff was thrilled with the teamwork and effort put into the meet today against Nazareth! It has been a long time since the boys team has won against Nazareth, so this was quite an achievement. We have a much tougher schedule this year, so let’s enjoy the moment and celebrate the wins today!

Boys Score: 82-68
Girls Score: 114-36
