The coaching staff was thrilled with the teamwork and effort put into the meet today against Nazareth! It has been a long time since the boys team has won against Nazareth, so this was quite an achievement. We have a much tougher schedule this year, so let’s enjoy the moment and celebrate the wins today!

Boys Score: 82-68
Girls Score: 114-36

It will be a very competitive meet today for both girls and boys, as Nazareth has a very strong team! All athletes should quickly change and report to the track immediately to warm up together as a team, goal time of 2:55 pm.

ABILITY is what you’re capable of doing.
MOTIVATION determines what you do.
ATTITUDE determines how well you do it.”

The coaching staff is excited to watch you all compete, as today is the “test” to determine where we are at individually, as well as a team. You event coach will be there to guide you, and remember to look at the time schedule, although we usually run ahead of schedule.

Saturday’s 3/23 pirate invitational is POSTPONED to a later date due to the weather. Take this weekend to rest up and allow those sore muscles to heal and get stronger. Ice, stretch, heat, rest! Stretch some more…..

Monday is our first official dual meet of the season against Nazareth, at HOME, EHS track stadium 3:30 pm start time!
