I can’t believe we have arrived to the end of the regular season already! Spring Track & Field flies by, as the season ends so quickly!

Tuesday – SENIOR NIGHT with our meet against the undefeated Parkland teams!!! The Parkland boys and girls teams are truly amazing. Please give their teams a warm welcome, and help them find their way around the Track & Field Stadium. We will be CELEBRATING with our SENIORS for their final night competing at the Emmaus High School Track & Field Stadium. Weather looks ideal, so let’s also take advantage of top marks as we then enter into post season.

From Wednesday onward, only post-season athletes will be practicing daily, at normal practice times 3pm-5pm. The line up and post season roster will be posted at practice tomorrow, Monday.

Banquet information to come. Cross Country information to come, as well as summer training options!

“Work hard, be prepared, and have fun!”

Thank you to our 6th sponsor this season! We are so grateful!!!
