Practices begin Monday November 14, and will run Monday-Wednesday-Friday per the website calendar (click on the “calendar” link above). Indoor meets will begin Saturday December 3rd. If you haven’t started any training yet, it’s time to start. Indoor meets are not for everyone – only those who meet competitive marks. We provide training in order to get athletes to reach qualifying marks during the winter season. The purpose of winter track is to prepare athletes for the spring track and field season!

See you soon!
